My picks for week 2!

I didn't do week 1 picks because I like to get a feel for teams before making picks.

Texans at Colts. Texans +13.5
This game should never be in doubt but -13.5 is too high for a team that has to settle for FGs in the redzone.

Saints at Packers. Packers +2
Saints aren't good enough to be giving points on the road to anyone, well expect maybe to the Raiders.

Browns at Bengals. Bengals -10
Who can cover 85? Nobody on the Browns.

Lions at Bears. Bears -9
Lions are going to be tough as hell this year so giving 9 is tough, Bears better not let me down!

Raiders at Ravens. Ravens -12
I would take Rutgers -12 vs the Raiders right now.

Bucs at Falcons. Bucs + 5.5
Bucs were shutout vs New England last year and then dropped 27 on ATL the next week.

Panthers at Vikings. Vikings PK
Childress impressed me, except when he went for that 54 yard FG tied in the 4th.

Giants at Eagles. Giants +3
Giants are too good to start 0-2 and Eagles are too bad to start 2-0.

Bills at Dolphins. Dolphins -6.5
Bills showed alot of fight last week but also showed Losman still sucks.

Rams at 49ers. 49ers +3
This one is too easy!

Cardinals at Seahawks. Seahawks -7
Alexander makes up for last week.

Titans at Chargers. Chargers -11.5
Lights out for the Titans.

Patriots at Jets. Jets +6
Pats win but I'll take the 6.

Chiefs at Broncos. Broncos -10.5
Carl Peterson should have gotten some offensive tackles in the off-season instead of crying to the refs after his QB nearly got killed.

Redskins at Cowboys. Cowboys - 6
Bledsoe sucks, but Brunell sucks more.

Steelers at Jaguars. Jaguars +1.5
Gotta take Jags getting points at home.

LOCKS: Ravens -12, Chargers -11.5, 49ers +3

I got these lines from CBSSportsline.com, or snoreline as Dante calls it.

Note to Reggie Bush: watch your step at Lambeau, the Bears kicked something out of the Packers you don't want to step in.

I think you meant 400 yards not touchdowns. Maybe you meant 400 ints, that would be more realistic.

The Packers/Aints game is going to be just like the Packers/Aints game last year. If I remember correctly (which I do) the Packers won 52-3. This is my reasoning:

Bush is not as good as Thomas Jones, yet, and the Packers held Jones to 63 yds. The Aints Oline is not nearly as good as da Bears either. The run game is not going be a factor. That means the Aints will have to depend on Brees' arm and Horn's receiving abilities. The Packers DBs are going to be pissed off because they got whooped by Muhammed, so i expect them to really shut Horn down. After Horn, there really isn't much. The only thing that might help the Aints is if they can move Bush around alot and get him involved in the passing game.

The Aints Dline is not as good as last year, but the Packers Oline is just as bad as last year. They really handled the Aints dline last year. The Packers also didn't have Green at 100% like he is now. The run game will be a big factor. Favre and Driver prettty much massacred the Aints defense last year and the defense hasn't gotten any better. The Packers offense hasn't gotten any worse either. I expect a big game from Favre, Driver, and rookie Greg Jennings.

My prediction: Packers 42

                      Saints 13

I cannot believe you folks think the Packers are gonna win that game!  I'm gonna have to go with the Saints in that one!  It doesn't take a brain surgeon to realize that the Packers are just flat-out AWFUL!

Final Score:  Saints 30, Packers 10

Packers were awful last year and somehow managed to beat the Saints 45-3.

I know, but this is a new year, and the Packers look even WORSE than they did last year, and I'm sure the Saints have revenge on their mind.  By the way, the final score of last year's game was 52-3.

The Puckers beat Aaron Brooks and Jim Haslett's Saints last year! This is most definitely not the same team. New coach, new (and better) QB and the most interesting factor, BUSH! Them Saints are gonna do some serious marchin' for this reason: Reggie WANTS the starting job and Deuce AIN'T gonna give it up without a fight. The in-game competition between them is going to make Brees' job much easier. Mark my words, either Brees, Deuce or Bush is going to have a MONSTER day against the Puckers.

Theres only two games to bet this week.

Take St. Louis all day.

And New England coughing up the 6+ The Jets fared well against a beat to sh1t horrible team in Tennessee. New England started off slow but will pick up steam. Buffalo had a great first quarter until spikes and vincent got hurt....then it was downhill.

I know a lot of you people won't do this, but I'd bet Carolina (although I'm not a betting man...lol!!). That's just me and a gut feeling that I have.

As far as the Saints are concerned, I don't think they are a solid football team yet, but I like them this week over the lowly Peckers.

Not a very good week overall but my 3 locks went 3-0. Including San Fran winning OUTRIGHT.

St Louis got Frank Gore'd...Smith is the real deal too.

I didn't think Denver was that bad. After this weeks game with KC Bronco fans should begin to worry. They made St Louis look really good last week....Paper Tigers.

I'd worry if I were a fan of either the Chiefs or the Broncos.  Jake "the Mistake" is back, and the Chiefs are once again starting to look like the "Chefs"!

I just don't know what to think about what is going on in Denver. He now has more weapons than ever on offense, yet he struggles moreso now than ever?

We know St Louis's defense isn't that good, after seeing last weeks game against San Fran, and we know that The Chiefs D isn't that good (maybe a bit better from last year but that isn't saying much at all).....So what the fuk?
