During the game last night, correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Joey Sunshine mention he wanted that mock up as his bust in the Hall of Fame?....HALL OF FAME? if they even allow him on the ballot I will be freaked. Right after he said that I had to watch L.T. snap his friggin leg....3 times! Does he actually think he should be in the hall?...and for what?...best imitation of a chicken wing?

the thing is...Madden and Summerall were both good announcers at one time....the best they had, that can and will never be said about Joey Sunshine....he sucks as an analyst....he sucks as a person....and I thought he sucked as a player.
I guess that's the subjective aspect. I never liked drunk a$$ Summerall or Duh Der Duh Duh "How about that Tur-duh-ken" Madden. Never liked that idiot from college basketball either, but I was always in the minority there too.
Early Madden when his schtick was fresh was okay, same with Summerall, early he was fiesty drunk who would get into the game....then just a mumbling drunk. Neither were great, but both are the voices that much of America equates with the NFL.....neither of them could hold a candle to Howard Cosell, the man was fantastic. He could call a game between 2 bad teams and make it sound great, without crotch nuzzling. Personally he was a bigot, and an ego maniac....but the best announcer for football or boxing there ever has been.
