Watching yesterday's Steelers game, I thought It was sweet to see Willie Parker dominate and take over the game, while Reggie Bush looked like an average NFL 3rd down back.
One guy rotted on the bench and hardly played a North Carolina. He was "too soft" for the new coaching staff that came in when he was a sophmore. He was Mr. Tar Heel in the weight room and was clocked at 4.2 in the 40 and never played. Ever. On a shi*ty team.
Meanwhile, Bush aka the greatest player of all times was unstoppable for one of the best college football dynasties of the last 50 years. Unstoppable force. Run through a brick wall. Outrun a fu*kin antelope. Stiff arm the incredible hulk to the ground. Save the whales. God's gift to mankind. Jesus in cleats. Jared from subways boyfriend.
But his punk a$$ was showed up by Fast Willie. Willie ran much harder, was way more physical, took over the game, and almost broke the Steelers record for rushing yards in one game. All the things Bush is supposed to do was done by Parker. Bush had a TD that was all over ESPN because they jerk off to pictures of the guy at night but he cost the team with two fumbles and was a lousy returner versus a bad special teams unit. Way to go, Bush.
Yeah when you see Bush do sh1t like that you know hes going to be juuuust fine. I wish everyone would shut the fuk up about him already and let the fukr play. Everyone is in his business with their letter grades and draft rankings. I think it's fukn stupid. They're clearly easing him into the league, and at their own pace. They aren't trying to satisfy the national medias thirst for instant brilliance, which I agree with.
Let the guy get used to the speed of the game, then do it up LT style.
I have no idea why everybody has such a hard-on for Bush. He's ONE PLAYER!! Just like TO. Out of the 1500+ players in the league, these guys account for 99% of the press.
