Raiders | Jordan didn't study team's blocking schemes in 2005

The Associated Press reports Oakland Raiders RB LaMont Jordan admitted this week he never studied the team's blocking schemes in 2005. Jordan said, " I'm a lot more focused this year. Last year I was ready for them to put in a certain type of run game (and) I never really did make the adjustment and say, 'Hey, this is what they're going to do so this is what I have to do.'"

work ethic is clearly undervalued in a lot of people's talent assessments.  great players are usually never bums.  i bet his o-line really appreciated his effort (or lack of)
