Pinkston's being held out of camp action because his OTHER achilles is sore. reports say he looks REAL gimpy.

Reggie Brown and Jason Avant were back at it this week.

The rest (jabbar gaffney, greg lewis darnarien mccants, hank baskett) have been healthy since the start of camp.

Jeremy Bloom is still being kept from contact (hamstring).

Look for no-names Justin Jenkins, Chris Sampey, and J.J. Outlaw (son of Basketball's Bo) to see lots of action in the first preseason game.

Word around here is that the Birds are involved in the Ashley Lelie thing.
