Updating a previous report, Mark Curnutte, of the Cincinnati Enquirer, reports Cincinnati Bengals OG Eric Steinbach was arrested Saturday, Aug. 5, and charged in Northern Kentucky for operating a boat under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by an officer of the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources. Mark Marraccini, a spokesman with the agency, said the officer ran Steinbach through a series of sobriety tests, which he failed. He also refused to take a breath test.
