I guess the reason I picked the panthers ahead of PITT, was because the panthers improved themselves this offseason, and Pitsburgh lost Bettis and have had some problems with thier draft pick.
But, right now, before the injuries begin, it's a toss up between the two.
I think that the Colts could be in the mix, as I felt they should have been ranked higher than the Broncos
Unlike you, I don't have a problem with Denver being ahead of Indy. And I wanted to put an AFC team on top just to be on the safe side since I really believe that the AFC is the superior conference . I went with the Steelers, because, although they did lose some players in the off-season, they are STILL the defending SB champs. So...go figure!!!
