The GOAT has struck again. Throwing teammates under the bus. Pu$$ing out over the middle. Throwing in the towel week 4.
This clown is everything a good teammate, athlete, winner isn't supposed to be.
Did anyone watch the Oak-Cle game? Down the sidelines on a play that could have changed the game, Moss had a step on the corner and had to beat the safety over the top for a TD. Walter threw a perfect pass, and the GOAT clowned down and bit*hed out, jogging out of bounds while the ball fell incomplete.
That play summarized this losers entire career. I don't care what kind of numbers you put up, if you don't show up in the clutch, play hard, be a good teammate when times are tough, you're a total turd in my book.
If I was running an NFL team I wouldn't touch this guy in a million years. Oakland is stuck with him now and his cap number.
I say time to give him the T.O. treatment just to send a message.
It will be a sad day in Canton if this turd ends up in the Hall of Fame.
It may be a very happy day in Canton if he gets in the HOF. Just think of the concession sales from all the munchies sold. Not to mention the beautiful blue haze in the air.
Can you really blame a high profile player like that for not being stoked to put on the silver and black. I don't buy that Porter and Moss are complete malcontents. The situation in Oakland is not conducive to that of a team with even a glimpse of any direction. Moss doesn't like to go over the middle but I would still take him over almost any other reciever because the guy is a game changer. With the right qb Moss is the real deal. As far as him being a good team guy he has his moments of frustration but overall I don't think he is that bad. When Brooks got knocked out of the Baltimore game it was Moss who was in Andrew Walters ear giving him encouragement right before he was about to go into the game.
more than just the attitude in oakland, where is the real leadership of that team? for that matter, where was the real leadership of the vikings once cris carter left? he was always there to keep randy's head screwed on right. bring randy to a team like the colts, bears, pats, steelers, or ravines and he would probably be fine. he just needs to not be the biggest dog in the house, and to believe that if he works hard his team is going to win. on the raiders he knew before the year started that they had no hope of winning, so why should he try? i don't know that he really needs a great qb to be successful, just good coaching and leadership on the field to keep his head in the game. he's mostly just a goofball, and he has so much talent that often he is going to get bored because of how easy it is, which sets him apart from a guy like Terrell Owens who is a total nutjob. I don't see why randy and chad johnson are so different, though I think randy is probably a fair deal smarter than chad.
what, do you guys want every player to act the same way? moss is great. quit being haters! he's done some stupid stuff, but he hasn't killed anyone, been arressted for beating someone(since being in the nfl) or got any dui's. he is QUITELY very active in the community/charity. his #'s of the years speak for themself. if you were working for tice and mccombs and had to deal w/ culpepper(quite possibly one of the dumbest players ever) you'd want out too.

no doubt....dude quit on his team in a championship game because his "posse" wasn't allowed on the field pre-game. No he didn't get arrested for hitting someone or DUI....he got arrested for hitting a cop with his car, because he wasn't allowed to do what he wanted....PUNK.
I took so much crap for saying I thought Minny got the better of that trade.....Raiderfan were on me big-time, Randy was going to bring championship football back to OakTown.....LOL. I gave him one good year, instead he had one mediocre year.
He screwed that whole team up, Porter was wanting to be the go to guy, signed the deal and they trade for Moss...Porter started whining and the whole damn thing came apart. Now they are trying to dump both of them....and can't. Send his azz to Dallas, Parcells would quit on the spot, and you couldn't blame him a bit.
randy moss is probably one of the most physicaly gifted athletes who ever played. If u took randy moss's size ability and athletism, and took jerry rice's attitude and work ethic. WOW, it would be sick, like 20+ TD 2000+ yard seasons. Moss can still play, and id love to see him get traded to a team that would toss him the huge bombs. I love watching that guy pluck balls out of the air in like triple coverage.
Yea, but his attitude sucks, i hate this age of diva recievers, what is it about being a reciever?
Watching Moss last night......he dogged it the entire game. What a disgrace.
I think he also undermines his QB. The kid is a rookie in need of support and encouragement to help build confidence. Moss is too busy being a miserable, self-centered jackarss to be bothered with trying to help his QB develope or improve his teams performance.
When they intro the players at the start of the game with the quick blurb where the player says his name and the school he came from, Moss was just dripping with a foul nastyness displaying a really sucky attitude.
The Florio report of Moss to the Steelers was a fu*kin joke. That is the biggest joke they have ever posted on this site. The Steelers wouldn't touch this guy with a 100000 foot pole.
Anyone who knows anything about NFL history: Why the fu*k would Dan Rooney do anything to help out Al Davis? I don't think the two even speak to each other.
Besides, that would be an obvious move of panic. Holmes is only going to get better as the season goes along. And I have never seen Randy Moss throw a decent block in my entire life.
