Cooler temps due to winds coming off cooler water is just one aspect of global warming melting the polar ice caps. Global warming actually has a great chance of creating an ice age. But of course you are an idiot.
Now whether or not it is humans or the natural cycle of the earth is still up for debate.
The movie? Didn't catch that shiz. It's called using your brain. Polar ice caps melt. That's very cold water. You might have noticed the effect on your drink when you add ice. Or maybe you didn't. So when you add cold water to more water you reduce the temperature of all the water. Then the big cloud with the face on it puts its lips together and blows, really hard. Not the way you blow, that's actually sucking. It's a misnomer. Am I going too fast? That wind is blowing the cool air from the cold water all over the place, think big now, like nationally, even globally. Temperatures drop because of that. When precipitation occurs, that's water falling from the clouds without faces, it is affected by the temperature. You with me here? If it's really cold that rain turns to snow. Snow is the yellow stuff you like to eat, but it doesn't come down yellow, that's something else, ask your mommy.
So let's recap. Warmer global temp. More melting of polar ice. Melted polar ice is still very cold and mixes with warm water making it cold also, not as cold, but still cold. Wind blows, temps drop, snow occurs earlier than usual and that becomes a more common occurence. Get it? Global warming actually creates more cold weather. Therefore your ignorant statement proves you are ignorant. See?
Yet another glimpse at your vast ignorance, Taco. That is obviously not Shack. It's called animation. A cartoonist will create a "still frame" image to begin a scene sequence. From this original frame, he/she, along with a team of assistants will create several hundred more, each one containing very slight alterations from the frame before. Are you still with me, moron? After thousands of these frames are created, they are colorized and lined up on film in chronological order. When played at an appropriate speed, the frames produce the effect of a seemless scene containing some type of action. Usually, in contemporary animation, the "cartoon" is then "voiced over" by paid actors who give the characters sound and expression.
Use your brain, Taco, and maybe one day you'll be smart enough to flex your egotism with a condescending rant on an internet football forum, idiot.

I know this is a shot at me, but that's fukin funny.
Shack is right on this one gentlemen,....water cools, trade winds stop, and an ice age can begin...it is one of the scenerios.
Taco, I expect better from you, an early snow storm voids the fact that the planet is at it's warmest in 10,000 years? Polar caps are melting at an alarming rate....the permafrost is melting in Alaska, plant and animal species are migrating to areas they never have before, and this evidence is negated by the fact that Buffalo got an early snow? (big shock)
While poking fun at Al Gore is common and easy, (the guy is as boring as dry toast) few people should doubt his sincerity or intelligience, can you say the same about George Bush? To put it in simple Bushanian...."you're either with him or against him"...so by attacking Gores philosophy you espouse Bushes', and his track record brings all of his thinking into question....yep...no global warming here, ignore scientific eveidence, opinions of scientists who do this sort of thing for a living, after all we all know George was a D student who is self-admittedly not a "reader"....so where do you think Georgie got his intell?...oh thats right...God told him...LOL
Global Warming? I thought it was the sun dying? Either way, we're all screwed. LOL. Regardless, if global warming causes anything like what shack said and causes mass global panic, I am going to become an alcoholic and my drinking team is going to have a football problem.

It's not happening as fast as the Al Gore's want you to believe. The bigger issue the scientists can't figure out how much cumulative effects hasten it or does it still happen according to the global timeline. It's more than likely quite a few generations away from being a real issue, like in hundreds of years more than decades.
Factories, cars, and other human events create many of these cumulative effects and so they want that to change now so the earth can slow it's warming trend. Good luck changing the world though.
I think it's Roger Ebert and the movies or some dumb sh1t like that.
siskel died of a brain tumor. ebert is batteling throat cancer.
so at the moment its richard roper and kevin smith currently. but one of shacks points is valid global warming may bring about an ice age. kinda like a nuclear winter. but then theres a possibility of global flooding. i get to be kevin costner.

Bush doesnt need to worry about global warming because jesus is coming back soon. we are supposed to "use up" the earth.

Actually that is my point and no, not like a nuclear winter. That would be a blocking out of the sun due to massive fallout from an explosion cooling the surface of the earth.
